Interesting with audio mixing consoles, lighting boards, and stage equipment.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians.

Physical ability to lift and transport heavy equipment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio, lighting, LED screens, and other technical equipment for live events
• Install and configure sound systems, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and lighting rigs based on event requirements
• Program and operate lighting consoles, ensuring proper lighting design for different events
• Perform sound checks, adjust audio levels, and ensure high-quality sound output during events
• Monitor and adjust lighting levels during performances, ensuring a dynamic and visually appealing atmosphere
• Collaborate with event coordinators, production managers, and other technicians to meet the technical needs of each event
• Maintain and repair audio, lighting, and related equipment, ensuring all systems are in good working order
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during equipment setup, operation, and teardown
• Transport and manage event equipment, ensuring timely setup and dismantling for each event
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technology in sound, lighting, and event production
