Computer Science jobs in Malaysia

Responsible for maintaining the normal operation of the company's internal IT systems and infrastructure;

Handle hardware failures such as client network, telephone lines, printers, etc.;

Maintain and support internal client application systems;

Respond promptly to customer requirements, including installation and troubleshooting of client batch processing software;

Perform on-site wiring and liaise with external suppliers as necessary;

If required, set up and maintain security systems, power distribution, air conditioning, and environmental monitoring in relevant rooms;

Provide remote support for users in Southeast Asian regions such as Indonesia, based at headquarters in Malaysia;

Manage IT asset inventory;

Qualifications include a major in Computer Science or related fields, such as HNC/HND or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience;

Strong foundation in high-capacity, fast-paced desktop support;

Basic network troubleshooting skills; CCNA knowledge is preferred;

Familiarity with security system rooms, power distribution, air conditioning, environmental monitoring, and eagerness to learn new technologies in these areas;

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio);

Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Windows and Mac systems, mobile system configuration, and maintenance;

Excellent communication skills, passionate about new technologies, and up-to-date with latest trends and solutions;

Experience in procurement and management of external suppliers; familiar with IT service management processes and ITSM systems; proficiency in Mandarin for communication with Shanghai headquarters;

Salary range: MYR 3,000 - 5,000 per month;
