Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other related tools, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment regularly.
- Restock inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed, and monitor product freshness and expiration dates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work atmosphere.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the coffee station, preparing ingredients, and securing the premises.
- Promote and upsell menu items to customers, providing recommendations and highlighting special offers.
