Job Requirements

Key job requirements are as follows:

  • Beverage Preparation: Making espresso, lattes, teas, and other drinks, often with latte art, following recipes and customer preferences.
  • Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, processing payments (cash/card), and answering questions about the menu.
  • Equipment Operation: Using and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing tools.
  • Cleanliness & Stocking: Keeping workstations, equipment, and the seating area clean, sanitized, and well-stocked.
  • Atmosphere: Creating a friendly, positive, and inviting environment for guests.
  • Food Service: Sometimes preparing or serving pastries, sandwiches, and other food items.
