Prepare customers' order and served correcily.
- Ensure all food items are in good monitoring and under good quality control.
- Assist in ordering and communicating with suppliers for related orders.
- Assist in developing promotion related to D' Pattisserie.
- Ensure all crockeries serve to the customers are clean and complete.
- Maintain cleanliness of working area.
- Ensure all wastes are dispose on time in the right designated area.
- Ensure all receipts are submitted to hospital cashier and closing is done as scheduled and recorded properly.
- Participate directly in weekly and monthly inventory monitoring and report.
- Participate in all quality accreditation activities (eg. JCI, MSQH, IMS, MSOSH, 5S, etc.)
- Adhere to KPJ Standard People Practice (SPP).
- All policies and procedures are adhered to and records are maintained
- To assist in any other responsibility as deemed necessary by Head of Dietetic & Food Services or Hospital Management.
Occupational Safety & Health
To carry out duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations 1994:-
- To take reasonable care for safety and health of his/herself and other persons who may be affected by his/her acts or omission al work.
- To co-operate with Management of KJPSH in the discharge of any duty or requirement imposed on the Management by the Occupational Safely and Health Actor any Regulations made therein.
- To wear or use al all times any personal protective equipment (PPE) or cloihing provided by the Management SSH for the purpose of preventing risks to his/her safety and health.
- To comply with any instruction or measure on Occupational Safety and Health Act or any Regulations made therein.
