We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Supply Planner to lead the replenishment of finished goods across the supply network in our Performance Units (PU). This role ensures the right finished goods’ stock is in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and supply chain efficiency. It includes optimizing production planning to ensure efficient capacity utilization and ensuring the efficient and timely supply of raw materials to support production and business needs balanced production schedules, aligned between supply and demand to meet service, cost, and inventory targets.

Through our Global Planning Digital tool, Kinaxis Maestro, the PU Supply Planners own the replenishment and production plan of finished goods and raw materials across all our warehouses, source plants for a given portfolio of products.

The Supply Planners will ensure medium to long term network capacity is available, and be a key person to facilitate resolving constraints in network capacity, as well as track Capacity: Demand (C:D) ratio, to ensure medium to long term production capacity and of raw materials for our manufacturing assets, acting as a key person to facilitate resolving constraints in network, production and raw material capacity, working with deployment planners, MPS, Material Requirement Planning (MRP) planners, plant schedulers, Procurement, PU Supply Planning Delivery Managers in the markets, and the PU S&OP manager, to ensure that production and raw material capacity is modelled for PU Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP) process, through Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).

This position requires proven supply planning experience, combining strong analytical skills within our digital planning tool (Kinaxis Maestro) and the ability to develop positive relationships with supply chain planning colleagues in KL, Pune and other markets!

What you will deliver:
Supply Network Replenishment Planning

Develop and implement Finished Good supply replenishment plans to balance supply and demand across regional warehouses and stocking points in our PU, and ensure appropriate dependent demand is placed on our manufacturing and source sites using our Planning tool, Kinaxis Maestro.

Carry out medium to long term supply network projections to identify constraints and possible mitigations to feed recommendations into the PU Supply Review of S&OP.

Support short term Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) deployment planners in facilitating resolution of any short‑term constraints.

Own the process for finished goods stock allocation for the PU, based on forecasted demand, service level targets, and inventory policies.

Own and ensure appropriate planning data is updated in line with global planning governance requirements (lead times, service levels, replenishment parameters).

Production Planning

Develop and manage mid‑to‑long‑term production plans across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets.

Identify medium to long term constraints through carrying out Robust Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), to feed the monthly Supply Review conducted by the PU S&OP Manager.

Work with PU Supply Delivery Leads and MPS planners to identify possible mitigations and options to resolve such as capacity bottlenecks, raw material shortages, and demand fluctuations.

Own and ensure appropriate production planning data reflects reality and is updated in line with global planning governance requirements, working with Plant manufacturing, procurement and other teams to gather and maintain (e.g. batch sizes, proven and theoretical capacity, cycle times, calendars).

Raw Material Planning

Develop and manage mid‑to‑long‑term raw material plans to meet the total PU needs across all PU manufacturing sites and relevant 3rd parties, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets, working in collaboration with Procurement to ensure these are shared with suppliers and variance from month to month is understood and communicated.

Support New Product Introductions or Tender opportunities, by scenario‑planning and ensuring raw material readiness and availability.

Own and assess the process to understand raw material and supplier constraints and risk of disruption, to feed into the monthly Supply Review conducted by the PU S&OP Manager.

Work with PU Supply Delivery Leads and MRP planners to identify possible mitigations and options to resolve short term disruptions, including raw material shortages, and demand fluctuations.

Own and ensure appropriate raw material planning data reflects reality, and is updated in line with global planning governance requirements, working with Procurement, MPS planners, Plant manufacturing, and other teams to gather and maintain (eg order quantities, lead times, calendars).

Inventory & Stock Management

Ensure inventory availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.

Identify and mitigate risks such as stockouts, overstocking, and supply constraints.

Collaborate with deployment planners, production planners, procurement, and PU Supply Planning Delivery leads in the market to ensure seamless product flow.

Work closely with PU Supply Planning Delivery lead, MPS, MRP planners, Procurement and plant teams to align production and replenishment strategies with business objectives (eg Make to order, make to stock).

Support the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by working closely with PU S&OE Planning Delivery Leads, and PU S&OP Manager, providing insights and recommendations to resolve supply constraints and deliver improved availability balanced against cost and inventory.

Systems & Reporting

Apply our end‑to‑end planning tool – Kinaxis Maestro to implement Rough Cut Capacity Planning and Raw Material net requirements for medium to long term, using Scenario functionality to look at “what if” options to improve service and availability balanced against cost and inventory.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (critical metrics) including plan and schedule adherence, capacity utilization, availability, our own raw material forecast accuracy on supplier, raw material inventory turns, and supplier performance, stock turn rates, and forecast consumption.

Drive process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain responsiveness.

Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance production agility to enhance availability and optimal inventory.

What you will need to be successful:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 8–12 years in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.

Proven experience in Supply Planning using an advanced digital Planning tool, desirably Kinaxis Maestro.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software (Kinaxis Maestro highly desirable) and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE).

Business proficiency in English and Vietnamese language.

Effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively work with multiple across supply chain in India and other countries.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global and fast‑paced environment.
