Job summary

  • Performed routine inspection of all public areas and Engineering M & E installation/facilities as per schedule.
  • Maintain quality housekeeping and safe condition at all working areas and associated Engineering areas constantly.
  • Record utilities meter readings accurately and punctually at the beginning of each shift or as scheduled.
  • Attend to complaints, work orders upon requested by other departments and guest whenever arise.
  • To record works done, special matters or any abnormalities occurred during your duty hours into communication log book provided at workshop prior end of your duty daily.
  • To assist colleagues and others whenever necessitated.
  • To carry out special assignments as requested by your superior/Supervisors whenever situation arises.
  • All work results must be quality finished and fully comply with local safety rules and regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication constantly between colleagues and superiors through equipment provided during your duty hours.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or any field. Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of work experience required in a similar position. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply too.
  • Candidate who is attentive to details.
