Job summary
A leading banking institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer service representative to efficiently handle customer inquiries and promote bank products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum Diploma or Degree, preferably with experience in customer service. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. The position involves working on rotational shifts at provided locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with a CGPA of 2.8 and above.
- Preferably with experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call centers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the Bank’s products and services.
- Provide accurate information on new products to customers.
- Attend to and facilitate customer calls effectively.
