Reporting to the Sales Manager, this full-time Sales Advisor role at PERODUA Mesizaman Auto Sdn Bhd in Masjid Tanah Melaka is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality automotive products.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products
• Demonstrating and explaining product features and benefits to customers
• Closing sales and ensuring a smooth purchase experience for customers
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments

What we're looking for

• Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Good product knowledge and the ability to explain technical features in a clear and engaging manner
• Driven and target-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• A team player with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals
• Familiarity with social media tools to promote products
