Sales Manager (HVAC - Aluminium Fin Stock)

This Sales Manager (Fin Stock) role will be leading a team and be accountable for a core business of the company, which is primarily focused on export to the HVAC & electronics manufacturing industries. You'll work across functions and regions to strengthen the customer base and achieve sales goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives, budgetary goals, and performance targets.
• Identify and pursue new export sales opportunities across the electronics, HVAC, manufacturing, automotive or B2B trading industries.
• Lead and actively engage both peers and team members to achieve targeted outcomes, while providing long‑term coaching and development to foster positive growth and employee development.
• Carry out the duties and responsibilities of an Export and Key Account Management specialist to ensure successful results for all designated accounts.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand market presence.
