A leading real estate firm is seeking a skilled Data Architect to modernize their lead generation systems in Johor Bahru. This role involves building a structured prospect database and supports marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in data tools and a strong understanding of real estate data management. - Scrape and curate data relevant to the commercial and industrial real estate market.
- Build and maintain a structured, categorized master prospect database.
- Assign exclusive cold-call lists to Marketing Coordinators.
- Track and analyze call conversion rates using recorded calls.
- Support the deployment of marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Manage and enhance the company's online presence and platforms.
