The Integration Architect will play a critical role in the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions by designing and overseeing the integration of Salesforce CRM with our clients' systems, such as SAP ERP (ECC,S/4 Hana), Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other leading ERP platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce, extensive experience with enterprise system integrations, a strong knowledge of the Lead to Cash business process, and preferably subject matter expertise in SAP's Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Material Management (MM) modules.
Integration Design and Architecture
- Design robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems (e.g. ERPs such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Create integration architecture diagrams and documentation to communicate the design and approach to stakeholders.
- Design integrated solutions across systems such as Salesforce that support and enhance the customer’s Lead to Cash business process.
- Leverage expertise in SAP SD, WM, and MM modules to optimize integration design strategies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, build, test and deploy integration solutions
Technical Leadership
- Provide thought leadership, technical guidance and mentorship to teams within Kliqxe related to integrated related matters and best practices
- Ensure integration solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
- Support the resolution of integration issues in a timely manner.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and integration needs, particularly in the context of the Lead to Cash process across systems
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and explain complex technical concepts.
- Facilitate client engagements such as workshops or discussions related to integration matters
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, particularly SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with the Lead-to-Cash business process and related integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD, WM, and MM modules.
- Experience with middleware and API management tools such as SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in leading project teams is preferred.
