Job Requirements

• Possess a Part II Architecture qualification with at least a Degree in Architecture.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• 7–10 years of relevant working experience in the architecture field.
• Strong capability in Project Management.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills with authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, specialists, and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of construction details, building regulations, and technical standards.
• Able to work independently or collaboratively with consultants and construction teams, covering conceptual design, presentations, technical submissions, and contract administration.
• Experienced in managing projects from design to completion.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Project, and Revit.
