To focus on NPI ramp up and daily orders executions on site in supplier plant for PBL NPI/Migration. Mass production items, improve current ECE performance such as On time delivery, Leadtime, Leadtime accuracy, Past due to target date, support the business grow and improve customer satisfaction. Follow instruction from Manager.

• On site Planning for new projects: Follow up the entire planning process of new products from requirement confirmation (Part Number/ project, CRD, Qty, location needed), prototype sampling/testing schedule, small-batch trial production to mass production.
• Focus on compatibility /capacity readiness (4M1E, manpower, machine, materials, method and environment), clarify timelines and responsible persons, monitor plan vs. actual, report abnormal cases.
• Knowing about production status, push problem solving to meet output target.
• Planning on site for Migration projects.
• Support supplier to generate plans and monitor actual attainment to back to normal.
• Follow up any escalation from supply chain, coordinate supplier on site actions.
• Report abnormal cases which will delay schedule.
• Mass production order fulfillment Planning. Undertake mass production orders to meet the KPIs, and cooperate with supplier production departments to check production line loading, coordinate production scheduling plans, follow supply chain priorities for urgent orders, key customer orders and high-priority orders, and follow up on material (including key raw materials, components, packings, on site capacity, logistics connection and other rectification matters for any order delay).
• KPI review and process optimization: Follow manager requirement to implement KPI for On time delivery, Leadtime, Leadtime accuracy, Past due to target date, synchronize key progress and abnormal issues of projects/orders daily, issue progress reports, fulfillment rate statistics and problem closure reports weekly. Regularly review project promotion efficiency and order delivery compliance, and optimize tracking processes and risk early warning.
• Makes sure onsite EHS in supplier side and follow supplier side rules and regulations.

• Diploma or Degree in related field, 1-3 years of experience in project follow-up, order management or supply chain-related work in the manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with the entire production and delivery process of data and device products and BOM management is preferred.
• Tool Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot table, function summary, conditional formatting).
  • Good if have mastery of SAP with the ability to efficiently complete order data summary and report output.
