Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the electronic manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall assembly process at Roadm product lines.
• Assist engineers to maintain process and quality standards.
• Monitor line processes and improve quality.
• Support in assembly manufacturing documentation.
• Provide engineering support and coordinate pilot builds.
• Identify and quantify quality problems.

Skills

Good computer literacy and basic SPC knowledge

Strong analytical skills

Adaptable and flexible

Experience in high-mix manufacturing

Knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing

Willingness to work shift

Education

Bachelor or Diploma in Science/Engineering
