Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

• Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and routine upkeep of production equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections during equipment operation to identify potential issues and minimize downtime.
• Perform timely troubleshooting and repairs to restore equipment to normal operation.
• Implement both major and minor maintenance plans for production equipment.
• Responsible for the repair and maintenance of boiler equipment.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of air compressors, refrigeration units, and wastewater treatment equipment.
• Maintain and repair all company forklifts and prepare them for periodic inspections.
• Maintain and service fire protection systems and water supply/drainage facilities.
• Inspect and repair workshop external pipelines and public utilities.
• Maintain and repair external hot oil pipelines, steam pipelines, tap water pipelines, pressure vessel pipelines, and fire protection pipelines.
• Maintain and service heating and heat exchange systems, as well as bathing facilities.
• Perform regular cleaning of membranes and sludge pressing at the wastewater treatment station.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Diploma in Mechanical Maintenance or a related field.
• Possess basic mechanical knowledge, with specialized understanding in mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with machinery construction and mechanical principles.
