Job summary
A multinational finance company in Malaysia seeks a Record to Report Specialist to manage finance operations and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Responsibilities include preparing accruals and fixed asset entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting intercompany settlements. Candidates should have a University Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with 2-6 years of experience in financial roles, and must communicate proficiently in Vietnamese. This position offers an opportunity to build a strong career in financial services.
Qualifications
- Preferably 2-6 years of experience in financial and accounting in an MNC.
- Experience in a shared services environment providing financial operations.
- Knowledge in preparing management and financial reports is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Ensure finance operations deliverables are completed as per timeline.
- Prepare monthly prepayment schedules and amortization entries.
- Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
