We are looking for a strategic and creative Growth Marketing Manager to champion our brand and drive growth in Mexico. As our go-to marketing expert in the country, you’ll team up with the sales crew to generate qualified leads and help them crush their goals. You will take the reins of the entire marketing playbook for Mexico—from creating a buzz with local events to crafting brilliant digital campaigns—so a self-starter attitude is key to expanding our market presence.

In this dual-focus role, you'll spend most of your time (80%) amping up our marketing in Mexico. You’ll be given a quarterly budget to work your magic, turning smart, targeted initiatives into a strong sales pipeline and serious ROI. Your success will be measured by your ability to make a real impact on the business through your creative and resourceful strategies.

For the other 20% of your time, you'll switch hats and become our global performance marketing guru. You will get to dive deep into our worldwide ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, optimizing them for peak performance. In addition to this role, you will be responsible for global SEO & GEO performance, ensuring Jeeves is showing up in results across Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI search engines. You'll sync up with other regional managers to share strategies and help level-up the entire team.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead Mexico’s Growth: Design and launch creative campaigns of all stripes - from ABM to influencer marketing - to smash our lead generation goals and build our brand presence.
  • Be the Ultimate Sales Sidekick: Partner with our awesome sales team by hosting exclusive networking events, creating compelling sales materials, and being their go-to marketing partner to help close deals.
  • Command the Marketing Budget: Strategically manage the marketing spend for Mexico, investing every dollar to fuel growth, generate a strong sales pipeline, and deliver impressive ROI.
  • Own the' GEO & SEO strategy: Ensure Jeeves shows up in relevant search results across AI-powered search engines like Bing, ChatGPT and Google.Own Global Digital Channels: Run point on our global ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, using AI to optimize performance, and test new channels to find what drives the best results.
  • Collaborate and Conquer: Be our data detective, turning insights into action. You'll harness AI for deeper analysis, team up with our other marketing specialists and share strategies to win as a team.
What You'll Bring:
  • A Track Record of Growth: You have 3+ years of driving B2B growth with a versatile marketing playbook. You’re as comfortable planning a local event as you are running a digital campaign, and fintech experience is a huge plus.
  • Full-Funnel Expertise: You’re a strategic thinker who knows how to design and execute a wide range of marketing plays - from high-touch ABM campaigns and social media strategies to compelling customer stories that resonate in the Mexican market.
  • Performance Marketing: While your focus is broad, you have hands-on expertise managing performance channels like Google and Meta Ads, and you know how to optimize them for results.
  • Performance-Driven & AI-Enhanced: You have a performance marketing mindset and experience using AI tools to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. You leverage AI for sophisticated keyword research, SEO content generation, and personalizing ad copy to drive conversions.
  • Data-Obsessed: You are a pro at using tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot to track core performance metrics (CPA, ROAS) and have hands-on experience with SEO platforms like Semrush to analyze keyword rankings, monitor local search performance, and identify opportunities for geographic targeting.
  • A True Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are great at syncing with cross-functional, global teams to make projects shine.
  • Bilingual: Full fluency in Spanish and English is a must. Bonus points if you know Portuguese!
  • Based in Mexico City: You’re located in Mexico City for a flexible, hybrid role.
