LARDINI S.P.A, a leading company in the production and marketing of clothing (Fashion/Lifestyle Segment), is seeking an E-COMMERCE MANAGER to strengthen its team. The role involves supporting the consolidation and development of online sales with strategic vision, analytical skills, and excellent project management. The ideal candidate has a growth-oriented mindset and thrives in dynamic, ever-evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the online commercial and promotional plan in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
- Coordinate e-commerce and omnichannel activities on marketplaces, ensuring catalog, pricing, and promotions are consistent.
- Monitor digital channel performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, margin, and AOV.
- Manage and update an operational GANTT chart for e-commerce activities to align internal and external teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers and departments involved in projects, including development, advertising, creative, logistics, and customer service.
- Supervise Web Marketing and Advertising activities (Google, Meta, Email Marketing) with external agencies and partners.
- Manage the online product catalog, ensuring updates align with stock, promotions, and communication content across homepage, newsletters, and social media.
- Assist in developing activities like affiliate marketing and marketing automation from a performance perspective.
- Provide analytical support to the buying & merchandising team to optimize product assortment based on seasonal data and sales results.
Qualifications
- Experience with GANTT and project management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com).
- Knowledge of CRM, automation tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign.
- Background or strong interest in fashion, creativity, and design.
