LARDINI S.P.A, a leading company in the production and marketing of clothing (Fashion/Lifestyle Segment), is seeking an E-COMMERCE MANAGER to strengthen its team. The role involves supporting the consolidation and development of online sales with strategic vision, analytical skills, and excellent project management. The ideal candidate has a growth-oriented mindset and thrives in dynamic, ever-evolving environments.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage the online commercial and promotional plan in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
  2. Coordinate e-commerce and omnichannel activities on marketplaces, ensuring catalog, pricing, and promotions are consistent.
  3. Monitor digital channel performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, margin, and AOV.
  4. Manage and update an operational GANTT chart for e-commerce activities to align internal and external teams.
  5. Coordinate with suppliers and departments involved in projects, including development, advertising, creative, logistics, and customer service.
  6. Supervise Web Marketing and Advertising activities (Google, Meta, Email Marketing) with external agencies and partners.
  7. Manage the online product catalog, ensuring updates align with stock, promotions, and communication content across homepage, newsletters, and social media.
  8. Assist in developing activities like affiliate marketing and marketing automation from a performance perspective.
  9. Provide analytical support to the buying & merchandising team to optimize product assortment based on seasonal data and sales results.

Qualifications

  • Experience with GANTT and project management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com).
  • Knowledge of CRM, automation tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign.
  • Background or strong interest in fashion, creativity, and design.
