LARDINI S.P.A, a leading company in the production and marketing of clothing (Fashion/Lifestyle Segment), is seeking an E-COMMERCE MANAGER to strengthen its team. The role involves supporting the consolidation and development of online sales with strategic vision, analytical skills, and excellent project management. The ideal candidate has a growth-oriented mindset and thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate on the development and management of the online commercial and promotional plan in synergy with marketing and product teams.
  2. Coordinate e-commerce and omnichannel activities on marketplaces, ensuring consistency in catalog, pricing, and promotions.
  3. Monitor digital channel performance metrics: sales, traffic, conversion rate, margins, and AOV.
  4. Manage and update an operational GANTT chart for e-commerce activities, facilitating alignment between internal and external teams.
  5. Coordinate with suppliers and involved departments (development, advertising, creative, logistics, customer service).
  6. Supervise Web Marketing and Advertising activities (Google, Meta, Email Marketing), in collaboration with external agencies and partners.
  7. Manage the online product catalog, ensuring updates align with stock, promotions, and communication content across homepage, newsletter, and social media.
  8. Contribute to activities like affiliation marketing and marketing automation from a performance perspective.
  9. Provide analytical support to the buying & merchandising team to optimize the product assortment based on seasonal data and sales results.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with GANTT and project management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com).
  • Knowledge of CRM, automation, or tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign.
  • Background or strong interest in fashion, creativity, and design.
