With you on his side, our CEO David will be focused on: vision, strategy, organic content, strategic partnerships, and shaping the future of our products. The external side of Paradox.

This is a full-time position from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon or in remote anywhere in the world.
Important: Being present at least 2.5 months in Dubai per year is required.
YOUR MISSION
David Laroche (CEO) has built a personal brand followed by 2+ million, interviewed icons (Tony Parker, Mike Horn, Branson, Gad Elmaleh), and sparked transformation for thousands.
Paradox was born with the intent to build something beyond himself, and that can live throughout centuries.
The vision is to make Paradox an iconic Brand, and a symbol of Greatness and independent thinking.
For us, being Iconic is to innovate at the intersection of Psychology x Creativity x Technology.
We want to compete with companies like Mindvalley (150M ARR) that deliver woo-woo Personal Development.
We position Paradox for high achievers with grounded, science-backed mental models, AI-powered and a bolder brand. A strong positioning claiming our disdain for mediocrity.
Going from a successful personal brand to an international tech-driven iconic brand is far from easy. It will be messy, chaotic, and requires iterating on MVPs, innovating in tech, shaking social media with outstanding creative work while having a limited budget (we're bootstrapped).
So your main mission is to challenge ideas, filter the best ones, craft strategies, build a team of talents, and create an execution machine.
Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney for their obsession with excelling, having a worldwide impact, and not just selling products but crafting experiences.
You will play a pivotal role in making Paradox play at that level and becoming an iconic brand.
