Passionate in architecture and have a great understanding of the fundamental drivers of the business, customers, partners, and competitors.

Good attitude and have a strong desire to learn new things.

Having experience in sales meetings and have creative thinking in prospecting potential clients.

Have good communication, leadership, and management skills.

Fluent in English both written and verbal.

Cooperative and able to work in a team as well as independently without supervision.

Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Sketchup.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and build up relationships with all stakeholders including clients, Designers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Developers.
2. Supervise the production process.
3. Supervise the field works.
4. Ensure all jobs are delivered on time.
5. Conduct canvassing for new clients or re-canvassing for existing clients.
