Area Manager for Sales & School Operations is responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple preschool centers within an assigned region, ensuring both strong enrollment growth and operational excellence. This role leads sales teams to achieve student acquisition targets, monitors school operations to maintain quality and compliance, and acts as a strategic bridge between Head Office and school teams. From optimizing lead conversion, enhancing parent satisfaction, to ensuring every school delivers consistent educational and service standards.
Job Descriptions
- Lead Student Advisor teams to achieve enrollment targets and ensure strong lead conversion across all assigned schools.
- Review and analyze sales funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement local marketing initiatives and partnerships to boost visibility and generate new leads.
- Provide coaching and support to school sales teams to strengthen their communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Oversee daily operations of multiple preschool centers to ensure smooth execution and consistent service quality.
- Ensure all schools comply with operational standards, safety guidelines, parent communication SOPs, and learning quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular school visits to review performance, identify gaps, and support school leaders in problem-solving.
- Work with HR to support staffing needs, including teacher allocation and manpower planning.
- Mentor and develop School Principals and Center Leaders to strengthen leadership capability and accountability.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide structured feedback to improve individual and team productivity.
- Ensure each school delivers an excellent parent experience and handle escalated parent concerns professionally.
- Build strong relationships with community partners and external stakeholders to enhance school visibility and reputation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in multi-site sales operations management, ideally in education, retail, or service-based industries.
- Proven track record in sales management and team leadership across multiple branches or regions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel regularly across the assigned area.
