Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team in selling trucks for palm oil plantation operations.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to increase truck sales within the palm oil plantation segment.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with plantation companies, contractors, and key customers in the palm oil industry.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close sales with corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and developments in the palm oil industry to ensure product offerings remain relevant and competitive.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
  • Coordinate with the after‑sales, service, and spare parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction and strong post‑sales support.
  • Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and field visits to strengthen market penetration and business networks.
