The Indonesia team is currently building its digital healthcare ecosystem and seeks passionate talent to drive medical engagement through technology.

Role Overview

The Digital Medical Manager will be the key connector between the company’s medical strategy and Indonesia’s digital healthcare platforms. This role blends medical marketing, digital platform management, and doctor engagement, ensuring the company’s products are well-represented, recommended, and accessible through telemedicine and e-pharmacy channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Medical Engagement & Scientific Communication
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), medical associations, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
    • Lead scientific education initiatives such as webinars, online discussions, trainings, and digital learning programs.
    • Translate medical insights and market trends into effective communication strategies and educational content.
    • Develop and manage the company’s digital medical ecosystem across various online health platforms.
    • Ensure medical content, product information, and educational materials are optimized for digital visibility and engagement.
    • Plan and execute digital initiatives to increase product awareness, recommendations, and conversions.
    • Use available digital tools and features to enhance customer and doctor engagement.
  • 3. Content Development & Medical Marketing
    • Create and adapt scientific materials for digital use, including product pages, medical articles, digital detailing modules, and educational assets.
    • Ensure all content aligns with medical accuracy, company guidelines, and ethical standards.
    • Support digital campaigns and promotional activities with medical insights and evidence-based claims.
  • 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track and analyze digital activity performance, including engagement metrics, content effectiveness, and campaign results.
    • Develop dashboards and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
    • Support budget planning, forecasting, and project tracking for digital medical activities.
  • 5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
    • Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Training, and Supply Chain to align strategies.
    • Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and digital vendors to execute projects.
    • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with scientific standards, regulatory requirements, and brand values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital healthcare, telemedicine, e-pharmacy, medical marketing, dermocosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong experience managing or collaborating with platforms such as Halodoc, Good Doctor, Alodokter, Farmaku, Medicastore, or other digital health channels is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical communication, scientific content, and HCP engagement.
  • Experience in digital content development, digital campaigns, or managing online medical ecosystems.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance analytics and propose actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with doctors, KOLs, and digital partners.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
