Job summary

A leading fashion retail company is seeking an Area Store Supervisor in Harapanjaya, Jawa Barat. You will manage store operations, motivate staff to achieve sales targets, address customer complaints, and handle stock management. A diploma or degree is required, along with experience in apparel retailing and strong English communication skills. This role may require working during weekends and public holidays.

Job description

Fully responsible for the store such as operating management, supervising, guiding and improving employees’ performance overall.

Sales motivation, staff enthusiasm, help stores achieve monthly sales target.

Actively collect market information and report to company.

Handling customer complaints and problems related to the store management.

Carry out the company instruction and accomplish other task assigned by the leadership.

Stock Management that involves stock take, ordering, storing, tracking and monitoring stock levels.

Data Analysis in process of cleaning, changing, and processing raw data and extracting actionable, relevant information that helps businesses make informed decisions. The procedure helps reduce the risks inherent in decision-making by providing useful insights and statistics, often presented in charts, images, tables, and graphs.

Responsible to liberate overall business development and responsibility toward the company requirement.

Follow visual directives via photographs and company visual campaign book when executing store set-ups. Adapt or substitute in a brand appropriate manner to make visual merchandising suitable to regional needs.

Analyze the store sales data and inventory every week, and adjust the display of best sellers, less sellers and goods with large inventory according to the requirements of the headquarters.

Requirements
