A marketing and distribution company in Indonesia seeks a Brand Activation Supervisor to enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years in brand activation or related fields. Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills are essential, along with fluency in English. This role offers the opportunity to manage and execute promotional activities effectively.
PT. Bhakti Idola Tama is a marketing and distribution company located in Indonesia that mainly trades with home appliance goods under the brand Miyako, Shimizu and Rinnai as their sole distributor to local wholesale partners as the primary target customers. We have many branches and warehouses spanning across Indonesia with over 20 locations and we are planning on further expansions in the future.
We are looking for a Brand Activation Supervisor to plan, execute, and evaluate brand activation strategies, ensuring effective project and budget management to boost brand awareness.
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) required (preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management, but candidates from any field are welcome).
Have at least 5 years of professional experience in Brand Activation or a closely related marketing field.
Must possess strong analytical capabilities and be highly creative, with excellent proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
Demonstrate strong project management, and budget management skills.
Possess strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
Must be willing and able to undertake business travel as needed.
Fluent in English is a must.
Plan and execute brand activation activities aimed at enhancing Rinnai brand awareness.
Manage and ensure all promotional activities, including events, sampling, sponsorship, and partnerships, are implemented effectively and meet brand standards.
Perform thorough monitoring and evaluation, generating comprehensive reports on activity outcomes, and formulating recommendations for further development.
Coordinate proactively with internal teams while collaborating professionally with all external stakeholders.
Oversee and control the brand activation budget, ensuring financial efficiency and delivering maximum brand exposure within allocated resources.
Select, manage, and evaluate external vendors and agencies to meet quality standards and project timelines for all activations.
Propose and drive innovative activation concepts based on market trends to ensure Rinnai stays competitive and relevant to target audiences.
