Manage the QC team responsible for inspecting and testing metal frames and structural components of electric motorbikes.
Establish and maintain quality control standards and inspection procedures throughout the production cycle.
Lead quality audits and oversee root cause analysis for any frame-related issues or customer complaints.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for two-wheeled EVs in local and export markets.
Work closely with R&D, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.
Train and mentor QC staff to uphold a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation and support third-party quality audits (ISO, IATF, etc.).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of quality control experience in metal manufacturing, ideally within the motorcycle, bicycle, or electric vehicle sector.
In-depth knowledge of metalworking processes such as welding, bending, CNC machining, and powder coating.
Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies: PPAP, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, SPC, etc.
Experience with ISO 9001 and preferably IATF 16949 standards.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with lightweight metal materials (aluminum alloys, chromoly steel, etc.).
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Experience working in high-growth or startup environments in the EV space.
Fluent in mandarin language is a plus.
