We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Operations Support Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Support Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales efforts by providing operational support to our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM (Indonesia time).

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and exceptional customer service.
  • Handle incoming customer calls, addressing questions and assisting with enrollments when needed.
  • Prepare sales materials and documentation for new course launches.
  • Conduct sales conversations with customers to support the sales team during high-volume periods.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and relevant databases.
  • Identify and propose process optimization solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with a CRM system is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
