• Conduct daily operation checks to ensure no disruptions in WTP & WWTP.
• Operate WTP & WWTP according to SOPs and standards.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Execute flawless day-to-day operations in managing WTP & WWTP within standards and guidelines (including safety).
• Conduct daily operation checks to ensure no potential disruption in WTP & WWTP.
• Operate WTP & WWTP according to SOP and standard set (e.g., startup, water sampling, etc.).
• Perform maintenance to ensure reliable WTP & WWTP operation as per maintenance guidance (e.g., filter cleaning, etc.) and test and calibrate equipment.
• Monitor WTP operating condition.
• Perform production data record as per standard and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance for WTP and/or WWTP.
• Hands‑on experience in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment used in WTP & WWTP, including:
• Centrifugal pumps
• Blowers (Roots/centrifugal)
• Gearboxes & motors
• Good understanding of piping systems (PVC, HDPE, carbon steel, stainless steel) and valves (gate, butterfly, ball, check, control valves).
• Ability to perform bearing replacement, seal & gasket replacement.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to work shift / standby / emergency call.
• Willingness to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA.
