Job description
Driver Operations Lead, based in Jakarta

We are looking for a Driver Operations Lead to ensure efficient driver onboarding processes. The role reports to the Driver Operations Manager and supports rapid growth across Indonesia.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the driver onboarding team consisting of call ops agents and document verification team.
  • Coach and manage document verification and call center agents to achieve KPIs.
  • Monitor and review quality and output of call agents and document verification.
  • Maintain healthy conversion rate in onboarding stage, both market and city performance.
  • Work closely with QA team to improve agent quality.
  • Analyze driver onboarding funnels and maintain high conversion rates at each funnel step.
  • Assess, develop, and refine the entire onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with regional team to fine‑tune driver onboarding process and policies.
  • Partner with Lead Generation team to improve driver leads, quantity and conversion rate.
  • Partner with Marketing team to review paid driver leads performance.
  • Continuously develop and enhance existing workflows and procedures.
  • Proactively optimize and update workflows to increase efficiency.
What you’ll need:
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations, preferably within a startup or banking industry.
  • Experience in call center and verification operations is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to champion new processes from planning to closure.
  • Experience improving existing procedures and leading teams to follow process guidelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
