Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Deal Origination: Identify and source high‑potential investment opportunities across Southeast Asia
  • Investment Evaluation and Execution: Lead transaction processes from conducting initial screening, running due diligence processes, preparing Investment Review Committee Memos, negotiating transaction documents and managing overall transaction timelines
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio performance through regular financial and operational reviews, working closely with portfolios’ founders to provide strategic inputs for business development and capital raising, and prepare periodic performance updates and valuation analyses for internal and Limited Partners LP reporting
  • Exit Planning: Support portfolio companies in identifying and executing exit opportunities, including secondary sales, trade sales, or IPOs
  • Fund Operations: Prepare fund‑level materials including LP reports, investor presentations, and AGM materials
  • Team Management: Mentor and supervise junior team members in deal execution and overall career development
