Job summary

A leading financial services company in Surabaya is looking for a motivated candidate to manage local merchant relationships and drive sales programs. Key responsibilities include training merchants on the company's products and developing sales strategies based on market analysis. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience. A personal vehicle and appropriate driving licenses are also required for this role.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial company.
  • Vast network in local brands/retail merchants preferred.
  • Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain relationships with local merchants.
  • Train merchants on product knowledge and dashboard usage.
  • Propose and implement merchant programs to boost sales.
  • Analyze market updates and develop sales programs.
