Job description

Manage daily operations of e-commerce stores across multiple platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia), including store layout optimization, product listing and delisting, pricing, and compliance with platform policies.

Optimize product listings (titles, keywords, localized product detail pages) to improve store visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.

Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies, including participation in platform campaigns, seasonal promotions, and paid advertising to increase exposure and sales performance.

Manage social commerce operations, including short video and livestream planning (especially for TikTok Shop), and collaborate with local KOLs/KOCs or influencers to drive engagement and conversion.

Monitor and analyze store performance data (traffic, sales, conversion rate, advertising ROI, AOV, and repeat purchase rate). Prepare regular performance reports and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Conduct market and competitor analysis in the Indonesian market, track platform policy updates, and provide recommendations on product selection, pricing, and operational optimization.

Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, logistics, finance, and purchasing) to ensure sufficient inventory, smooth order fulfillment, and improved operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations (Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Tokopedia experience preferred).

Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Strong data analysis skills and understanding of e-commerce advertising.

Target-driven, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
