We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Manager (Mandarin Speaker) professional to support market expansion, partnership development, and business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Support business communication and negotiations with local and international partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Management) to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
• Monitor and report business development performance, pipeline, and targets.
• Handle daily assignments from Directors and Management in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information and company strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
• Experience in the smartphone, electronics, or technology industry is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written); HSK Level 5 or above is preferred.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Target-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
