Job summary

A leading dental products company in Jakarta is seeking an experienced marketing professional to develop and execute brand strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in brand management and display strong communication and leadership skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as Assistant Manager Marketing or in brand management.
  • Strong command of English Language (oral and written).
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.

Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to support business growth.

Analysing consumer trends and information within different customer segments in order to identify appropriate marketing and sales strategy.

Understanding brands target market perception, needs and demands and aligning brand value to deliver a strong brand experience for users.

Conducting analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competition, product category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance.

Develops growth targets, business objectives, brand strategies and marketing plans for the brand that aligns with global business plan.

Provide internal product knowledge training to support sales team performance.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree (all disciplines/majors considered)

Minimum of 3 year working experience as Assistant Manager Marketing, brand management, or brand development.

Strong command of English Language (oral and written)

Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and communication.

Able to operate Ms.Office

Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non academic activities

Leadership, communication, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis abilities.
