MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
D3/D4/S1 from any related field
Minimum 5 years as EHS Officer/Specialist
Holding active certificate General AK3U
Strong understanding of Indonesian EHS laws and operational safety procedures
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
High attention to detail with strong planning and analytical abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor, identify, and assess safety and environmental risks across all facilities and new expansion sites
Develop and implement practical EHS programs and procedures aligned with business growth and compliance requirements
Lead regular inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies through audits, corrective actions, and reporting
Maintain and update EHS documentation and records in collaboration with HR and relevant departments
Coordinate EHS-related training and awareness programs for all employees
Support HR initiatives in employee wellbeing, emergency response, and occupational health
Drive continuous improvement of EHS performance, especially in line with plant expansion and operational scale-up
Liaise with internal teams (Production, Engineering, Maintenance) and external parties (vendors, auditors, regulatory bodies) on EHS matters
WORK ENVIRONMENT & CONDITIONS:
Primarily office-based with regular presence in plant/production areas
Exposure to industrial environments may require use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Must be available for occasional after-hours support, weekend work, or travel as needed
