A digital marketing firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a hands-on Digital Content Assistant Manager. In this role, you will create digital content across various platforms while ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate possesses 4–7 years of experience in content creation and marketing. You should be proficient in tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and comfortable working under tight deadlines. This position requires strong coordination and communication skills to effectively support senior stakeholders.
We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Content Assistant Manager to support our Digital Lead through direct content and design creation, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery across our digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys executing content, solving delivery bottlenecks, and supporting senior stakeholders. You will work closely with designers and content teams to make sure content gets done well and on time.
This is not a strategy‑only role. It’s for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and creating content when needed.
Hands‑on Content Creation
Create digital content directly, including visuals, copy, presentations, and basic design assets.
Support execution of social media, marketing, and executive‑related content initiatives.
Adapt content across platforms such as social media, websites, and internal communications.
Design & Creative Execution Support
Produce basic design materials independently (e.g. social visuals, simple layouts, decks, marketing assets).
Work closely with designers under the Digital Lead to ensure accurate and timely output.
Step in to support urgent or overflow design work when required.
Content Coordination & Quality Control
Coordinate with SEO‑focused content teams to ensure messaging alignment where relevant.
Ensure content meets brand tone, quality, and basic compliance standards.
Support content scheduling and delivery as directed by the Digital Lead.
Flag execution risks or delays early and help resolve them.
Performance Awareness (Supportive)
Maintain basic awareness of content performance to inform execution improvements.
Support reporting or analysis requests when needed.
This role does not own growth strategy or KPI definition.
4–7 years of experience in digital content creation, marketing execution, or creative roles.
Strong hands‑on skills in content creation (visuals, copy, and basic design).
Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, or social platforms.
Comfortable working under tight timelines and changing priorities.
Able to support senior stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Practical, execution‑focused mindset with attention to detail.
