Job summary

A health & wellness startup is looking for a Project Supervisor in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role involves managing and supervising projects, ensuring they are completed on time while coordinating with contractors. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture, and 1-2 years of project management experience, particularly in commercial building projects. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this position. Travel is required for project supervision.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial building or retail projects.
• SIM A/C required for self-travel in the Jabodetabek area.
• Willingness to travel for project supervision.

Responsibilities

• Update reports based on approved project list details.
• Monitor project engineer and troubleshoot product installation.
• Collate project documentation for handover to Project Manager.
• Ensure timely project completion as acknowledged by contractors.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors during measurement processes.
• Carry out quality control for ongoing projects.
• Supervise projects in accordance with planning.
