HRGA Architect: Ground-Up Warehouse Operations Leader
Résumé du poste
A logistics company is seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to establish HR management and general affairs for a new warehouse in Indonesia, Jawa Barat. This role involves designing HR needs from scratch, conducting bulk hiring, and implementing work SOPs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HRGA experience, particularly in the warehouse/logistics/retail industry, and must be effective in policy development and operational management. Knowledge of labor regulations and HRIS tools is essential.
Qualifications
- 5 years of HRGA experience in warehouse/logistics/retail.
- Experience with operational workers under shift and overtime systems.
- Knowledgeable in labor regulations and procurement.
Responsabilités
- Design HR and organizational needs for a new warehouse.
- Develop work SOPs and policies for under-construction operations.
- Conduct bulk hiring and manage daily freelance workers.
- Set up payroll and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage employee training and development.
