Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Facilities Management area.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational activities and inspections across facilities services areas.
• Handle and follow up on service requests and complaints.
• Perform regular monitoring and reporting related to facility usage.
• Coordinate contractor/vendor performance for service quality.
• Conduct routine stock opname and inventory control for facilities-related items.
• Support the procurement process through preparation and coordination.
