Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in banking and credit, with a certificate of credit administration.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis to evaluate borrower creditworthiness.
• Proficiency in maintaining quality assurance practices for lending products.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to determine quick solutions using analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Determine the scheme to emphasize product/service features and process flow.
• Achieve qualified product lending percentage and supervise proposals nationally.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze product, credit, and lending issues.
• Analyze product strategies in compliance with market needs and objectives.
• Create strategies to observe product and credit issues.
• Lead development of lending products managing the product lifecycle.
