A leading retail company in Bogor is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage operational activities of key accounts. Responsibilities include developing strategies for new customer engagement and maintaining existing relationships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years in B2B sales. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent negotiation skills are essential.
Key Account Manager is in charge of ensuring all operational activities of key accounts in stores, including the development of strategies for recruiting and handling new customers, managing databases, and handling existing customers through telecalls or direct visits; managing customer information services; overseeing online operations; managing consumer development programs; and handling complaints to achieve store profits and sales in accordance with the established targets.
