Job summary

A leading cinema operator in Denpasar, Bali is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs focused on cinema operations and retail. This role involves onboarding new staff, providing coaching and mentoring, and collaborating with management to identify training needs. Job description

Designing and delivering engaging training programs on cinema operations, retail, and F&B — including point-of-sale systems, guest service standards, product knowledge, cash handling, and daily operational excellence.

Onboarding new cinema team members to ensure they are confident and competent in delivering the Cinépolis guest experience and maintaining operational standards.

Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to existing staff and supervisors to enhance performance, teamwork, and service quality across assigned cinemas.

Collaborating with Cinema Managers and Regional Manager to identify training needs and develop tailored learning interventions that address performance gaps and operational challenges.

Maintaining accurate training records, monitoring progress, and preparing reports to support continuous learning and people development.

Staying updated on industry trends, guest service innovations, and best practices to continuously refresh and strengthen training materials and delivery methods.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in training or people development within cinema, retail, or F&B operations.

Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to connect learning with real operational needs.

Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).

Passionate about developing people, elevating service quality, and driving continuous improvement.

Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions (Bali-Sulawesi-NTT-Papua) and adapt to varied work schedules, including weekends when necessary.
