About the role

As the Brand Activation Manager at PT Asia Prima Konjac, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's brand strategy and executing impactful marketing campaigns. Based in Surabaya, East Java, this full-time position will see you leading the development and implementation of innovative brand activations to enhance customer engagement and increase brand awareness.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement effective brand activation strategies to support the overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualise and execute engaging brand events, promotions and experiential marketing activities.
  • Manage end‑to‑end planning and delivery of brand activation campaigns, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of brand activation initiatives, providing insights to inform future strategies.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovative brand engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors and stakeholders.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or brand activation roles, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand activation campaigns that drive customer engagement and awareness.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities to conceptualise innovative brand experiences.
