Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day activities to ensure they meet quality and efficiency standards; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor operational staff to enhance skills and maintain high performance.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing operational strategies and process improvements to reduce waste and costs.
  • Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare regular reports on performance metrics (KPIs) for senior leadership.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to health, safety, and industry‑specific regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to streamline workflows.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM Certificate; Diploma in Business / Retail Operation or related field of study.
