- Industry-Specific Knowledge: A deep understanding of textile and garment or manufacturing industry processes, supply chain, cost structures, and industry-specific financial metrics. Knowledge of export-import and international trade finance is advantageous.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards.
- Expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, GP).
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Leadership and Soft Skills:
- Proven leadership and team management abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
