Job description

Responsibilities

1. Lead overall plant operations to ensure efficient production and product quality.
2. Develop operational strategies aligned with company goals and industry standards.
3. Oversee production planning, capacity management, and output optimization.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
5. Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation for plant efficiency.
6. Direct maintenance, engineering, and facility management to minimize downtime.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, Kaizen, 5S) across the plant.
8. Lead and develop department heads and operational teams to achieve performance targets.
9. Collaborate with QA, R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams to support product consistency.
10. Manage audits, risk assessments, and operational reporting for senior leadership.
