Site Acquisition Responsibilities

1. Identify and evaluate potential locations for new outlets based on market and demographic analysis.
2. Conduct feasibility studies, traffic surveys, and competitor mapping for site viability.
3. Manage end-to-end site acquisition process, including negotiations and agreements.
4. Coordinate with landlords, agents, and local authorities regarding permits and legal requirements.
5. Prepare financial projections and ROI analysis for proposed site openings.
6. Work with design, project, and operations teams to ensure site readiness and layout optimization.
7. Monitor construction timelines and ensure compliance with brand standards.
8. Maintain a database of potential sites, rental benchmarks, and market insights.
9. Conduct post-opening evaluations to measure site performance vs projections.
10. Support expansion strategy by providing accurate reports and recommendations to management.
